Neve Paritzki Israel Celebrates Record Breaking Tourism Entry Numbers United States

NEW YORK - Sep. 8 2022 /PRNewswire/- The Israel Ministry of Tourism today announced new records for tourist arrivals in Israel from the United States in July and august. The country welcomed 78,000 Americans in July 2022. This was a 4 percent increase over 2019 seven thousand tourists from America visited Israel in August 2022.

Eyal Carlin was the North American Tourism Commissioner. "It is exciting to witness a second increase in tourism Israel from the United States. Already reaching the record-breaking numbers of the year 2019," he stated. "The United States is our number one market for inbound tourism for Israel. Before the COVID-19 epidemic, we had record-breaking numbers of tourists from Israel visiting Israel every month. We are so happy to witness this positive change, and we expect it to continue for many months and years."

Canada, which has 7200 tourists visiting the country in July 2022 and 6,000 in August is not far behind the United States.
