Best Private Wow Servers
It can be very difficult to choose the right server. If you aren't sure how to look for them, these are my favorites servers. Obviously the best way to go about it yourself is to go looking for a realm that fits you and i can recommend this wow servers list. These are the servers I play on, in no particular order.
Wowmania caters to everyone who wishes to take part in the WOTLK expansion. It's a era that is still considered to be the best, alongside vanilla and bc. However, most people believe that wow has gone downhill since cataclysm. There's plenty of people active on it and there are a few full guilds running raids and actively pvping on the daily. The server is pretty basic but it follows the if it ain't broken don't fix it, which has served them well.
Retro WoW
This is my preferred realm for vanilla testing. It has an instant 60 and active battleground scene. It's the perfect place where you can test out an off-the wall build or new strat. They have a fairly active community, and the staff is responsive to questions. However, it's not something I frequent as it has many players who come and play in short bursts. They create new characters, play for a while, and then get bored. They are still a pleasant realm, even if they have to stop for a while.
This is vanilla too but a different server. This is the most blizzlike of all servers. All About Wow Private Servers Xp is 1x, and you don't get anything free. There is an integrated cash store, but it is mostly for cosmetics. This is the vanilla experience. Community is extremely dedicated and nice and are more than willing to talk you through any questions or problems you might have. This server is long-term.
Heroes WoW
I'd be remiss if i didn't include at least one up to date wow server and this one is it. It's up to Bfa now and lets you play the current content. With the release of Shadowlands, I expect most people will be interested in either purchasing the expansion or waiting to purchase it. The server itself is fine, there's plenty of people still playing and you'd be hard pressed to find a better current style wow private server.
