Emma - I place this one near the bottom, not because it is so unworthy (I named my lovely daughter Emma, in fact), but because it seems so different from the above mentioned titles. Emma is a flawed character, more than most of Austen's heroines. But still I love Emma, she learns so much about herself, and longs to become a better person. Don't we all, I ask? As for the movies, I personally love Gwyneth Paltrow's Emma, although they cut out a few parts. Kate Beckinsale did a nice Emma, but they added some stuff I could have done without. Even the silly, but sweet update, "Clueless," is worth a look. Alicia Silverstone is so very Emma.

The temperature dropped and light flurries began. I went to the corner gas station for a cup of hot coffee. On [https://sanxuatsoda.pro/ https://sanxuatsoda.pro/] into the store I spied a young college kid sitting Indian style on the cold pavement by the newsstands just outside the doors. He politely asked for any loose change I could spare. I gave him what I had--not much at all. Inside I was pouring my coffee into the cup when I overheard one of the employees say to the other, "There's some kid outside. I'm going to tell him to move on." I felt badly about their lack of sensitivity, especially in this cold weather. I'd been hoping to locate him once more--I'd brought down a gift from my bag for him for his home. I had a rainbow sun catcher and a set of Mirror Talk affirmation clings with me. I'd packed them uncertain as to why or to whom I would give them. The wording on the sun catcher said, I've traveled to the rainbow's end and have found not gold, but you, my friend. This traffic caused major congestion from Kellogg to approximately 9th Street in Wichita.

The second accident that occurred on I-35 happened sometime after my daughter and I exited the Interstate. The 15th hole is officially my nemesis. The tee shot requires golfers to hit into a drastically up-sloping fairway that doglegs quickly to the right. If you survive that test, the reward is a completely blind shot into an elevated green that I can never seem to find. I managed to be a flop shot away after two, not a bad effort considering my track record on this one. But if it isn't one thing, it's another. After failing to find Hansard's bombing tee ball, he played a provisional that wound up short. It was looking like my one-stroke lead was about to grow heading into the final stretch - until his original tee ball appeared some 30 feet off the green. He used the opportunity to roll in another birdie, while I managed just another bogey. So dissipated my lead.

We may not have snow deep enough for the downhill moguls, but we have some gravel roads off the interstate with deep ruts where pickup trucks have been reported missing. bìa sổ đẹp 's not one of the most popular events, but those who have participated in it claim it will knock a kidney stone clear out of your body!

Anyone and everyone with a license should be aware of the risks that road construction pose to their auto insurance. If you can drive, sooner or later you're going to get caught behind a pile of those little orange cones. Are you ready?

I arrived back home and a couple of hours later we had another bad storm with lots of wind, thunder and lightning. We have a garage on our property and after the storm had passed we noticed that the storm had knocked the drain pipes off the east side of our garage along with 4 big pieces of siding. I'm not sure yet how much that will cost to be replaced, but I'm definitely not looking forward to it. This storm also destroyed two of my favorite Azalea's that I had planted a couple of years ago. Limbs are still scattered all over my yard.

Carl Edwards was just 25 years old and although he was a young up and coming racer, he wasn't expected to win at Atlanta against the likes of Jimmie Johnson, Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart and Dale Earnhardt Jr. amongst many other superstars of NASCAR. I like to think I was Carl's good luck charm that day, but it soon became apparent that he didn't need much luck with the amount of talent he had as a driver. My vivid memory of that race goes right to the last lap, and the wild finish. Carl Edwards and Jimmie Johnson were racing to the finish line, side by side with Johnson just slightly ahead in his #48 Chevy. As they approached the finish line, the 2 drivers were bumping into each other's cars, trying to get the other to lose just a little speed, and allow himself to grab the win.

traffic pile The main reason for this is that it is status quo to drive a normal car, live in a regular house with neighbors who like you for how you are and because you are just like everybody else, you live a happy life.

My wit couldn't resist, "All it took was a smack upside the head with a 2x4." We nearly died laughing. His was a good, robust, from the gut laughter, which I was grateful for--sometimes I open my mouth and insert my foot. We hugged and said good-bye for the second time, but not the last.

In Tonopah we stopped at the gas station, hoping to get hot beverages and hopefully information on the storm. Here we would make a decision on whether to push on through or get a hotel room for the night. The fellow was more than a little strange. Not at all what we needed at a time like this. He was very non-committal in his response but admitted he'd heard that "maybe" the roads were a "little" better just past Goldfield.
