Emma - I place this one near the bottom, not because it is so unworthy (I named my lovely daughter Emma, in fact), but because it seems so different from the above mentioned titles. Emma is a flawed character, more than most of Austen's heroines. But still I love Emma, she learns so much about herself, and longs to become a better person. Don't we all, I ask? As for the movies, I personally love Gwyneth Paltrow's Emma, although they cut out a few parts. Kate Beckinsale did a nice Emma, but they added some stuff I could have done without. Even the silly, but sweet update, "Clueless," is worth a look. Alicia Silverstone is so very Emma.
The temperature dropped and light flurries began. I went to the corner gas station for a cup of hot coffee. On https://sanxuatsoda.pro/ into the store I spied a young college kid sitting Indian style on the cold pavement by the newsstands just outside the doors. He politely asked for any loose change I could spare. I gave him what I had--not much at all. Inside I was pouring my coffee into the cup when I overheard one of the employees say to the other, "There's some kid outside. I'm going to tell him to move on." I felt badly about their lack of sensitivity, especially in this cold weather. I redirected my attention to a sale rack of hats and gloves and grabbed a set for myself.purple for wisdom would do nicely, I thought.
They're homebodies, and consider the roadway of drivers their extended family. But they're a moody group, and would be the ones to honk at you for no reason at all.
While the girls got ready for breakfast I found Ron and his friend, whose nickname is actually "Angel", who had now joined him, in the Saloon. I'd been hoping to locate him once more--I'd brought down a gift from my bag for him for his home. I had a rainbow sun catcher and a set of Mirror Talk affirmation clings with me. I'd packed them uncertain as to why or to whom I would give them. The wording on the sun catcher said, I've traveled to the rainbow's end and have found not gold, but you, my friend. Now I knew who they belonged to. Ron was so delighted with my gifts.
At this time, I took the Harry Street exit to be able to get my daughter to class at WSU on time. I turned onto Hillside to go north. Once I made it to the Kellogg Flyover exit onto Hillside, the traffic that was being redirected from I-35 was now entering Hillside. This traffic caused major congestion from Kellogg to approximately 9th Street in Wichita.
The second accident that occurred on I-35 happened sometime after my daughter and I exited the Interstate. This was a three traffic pile up due to people not heading the two to three mile stretch of warning signs about an accident ahead. A white older model truck rear ended another car moving Northbound on I-35 causing the second injury accident on I-35.
The other notable hole on the front is the par five eighth hole, another true three-shot five. Despite an expansive look of things off the tee, the landing area is relatively tight. Anything right is forest-bound; anything left is wet. A big tree between almost any approach and the green requires a layup, leaving a third shot over a creek and onto a friendly green. Hansard and I reversed roles this time, as he went swimming and I pulled one into the woods. Another round of bogeys. After a full tour of number nine that added up to a quad bogey for Hansard, I made the turn three strokes to the good at seven over. Not my best effort, but not my worst either.
